Definitions
“The Company” or “The Organisation” shall mean Aldeburgh Holdings Limited and/or any of its subsidiaries. “Individual” and/or “employee” shall mean an employee of Aldeburgh Holdings Limited or any of its subsidiaries
Scope: This policy applies to all employees of Aldeburgh Holdings and any subsidiary companies.
Our Commitment
We recognise that modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
Due Diligence Processes
To identify and mitigate modern slavery risks, we have established the following due diligence processes: Risk Assessments: Conducting risk assessments to identify and address potential areas of vulnerability to modern slavery within our operations and supply chains.
- Supplier Audits: Implementing supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with our anti-slavery policy.
- Supplier Code of Conduct: Requiring our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor.
Training and Awareness
We provide training to our employees to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. This training includes:
- Awareness programs to highlight the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Guidance on how to report concerns and breaches of this policy.
Reporting Concerns
Employees, suppliers, and other business partners are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery and human trafficking. Reports can be made in confidence to:

Our Supply Chains

All employees and business partners must comply with this policy. Any breaches of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.

We will review this policy regularly, at least annually, to ensure it remains relevant and effective in preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
